One Young World partners with 190+ global businesses, governments, NGOs, educational institutions and individuals to deliver a truly cross-sector approach to creating the next generation of more responsible and effective leadership- while at the Summit, and throughout the year.
Counsellors
One Young World Counsellors are world renowned leaders who participate in the Summit as speakers. Counsellors who participate in a Plenary Session have one-on-one meetings with Delegate Speakers. In the past, Counsellors have included Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau, Meghan Markle, Professor Muhammad Yunus and Mary Robinson.
Academic Institutions
One Young World partners with some of the world's leading educational institutions who send high potential students to One Young World Summits. Throughout the year, One Young World partners with these institutions to organise caucuses and provide expert insight on key activities. One Young World also promotes scholarships and programmes from these institutions to members of our community who wouldn't otherwise have the chance to apply.
Small Business & Startups
One Young World serves as a springboard for early stage businesses to launch into their next phase by equipping entrepreneurs with a network that enables them to grow, as well as offering a number of scholarships and programmes that will provide start ups with the tools necessary to grow.
Government
One Young World partners with a number of governmental bodies to ensure that young people are involved in the issues that impact their country and communities most. These partnerships include the European Commission, Dutch Ministry of Foreign Affairs, First Lady of Colombia, and the Future Generations Commissioner for Wales.
Business
One Young World boasts the largest corporate footprint of any organisation in the third sector. Leading companies from every sector make One Young World an integral part of their global talent development, retention and attraction. Companies who have sent Delegates include Audi, BMW, Chanel, Citigroup, Coca-Cola, Credit Suisse, Deloitte, Johnson & Johnson, L’Oréal, Novartis, PepsiCo, RB and Siemens, to name a few.
Non-Governmental Organisations
One Young World partners with NGOs globally to nominate individuals to attend the annual One Young World Summit and collaborate post-Summit to cross promote work. One Young World engages with them in our community work throughout the year to collaborate on campaigns to build visibility for our community as well as act as a bridge between the third sector and corporate world.
